Base Salary
$190k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end features across backend services and infrastructure that deliver direct customer value.
- Lead high-volume workflow automation initiatives and build and optimize scalable data-processing and machine-learning infrastructure.
- Design and maintain complex workflows that use machine learning to drive automation.
- Optimize performance across the stack to improve scalability, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to respond to customer and prospect feedback.
- Drive projects from conception to completion and contribute to the company’s growth and technical foundation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend development experience.
- Strong JavaScript experience and familiarity with TypeScript.
- A proven track record building and maintaining scalable web applications, especially for high-volume workflow automation and data processing.
- Experience integrating machine-learning models into production environments and optimizing data pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and efficient, clean coding practices.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative team orientation and appreciation for diverse perspectives.
- Prior startup or fast-paced technology experience is a plus.
