Base Salary
$190k - $215k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement features that drive direct customer value across backend services.
- Lead initiatives in high-volume workflow automation and optimize scalable data processing.
- Design and maintain complex workflows leveraging machine learning for automation.
- Drive performance optimization efforts for scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to incorporate customer feedback.
- Proactively drive projects from conception to completion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on JavaScript.
- Proven track record of building scalable web applications in high-volume environments.
- Experience integrating machine learning models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and clean coding practices.
- Outstanding communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts.
