Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain production-grade AI-enabled features and cloud-based microservices.
- Integrate LLM services, design prompts, implement basic RAG workflows, and validate AI responses.
- Build and improve evaluation and benchmarking pipelines for AI output quality and system performance.
- Analyze issues, troubleshoot production systems, and contribute to architecture and process improvements.
- Own features and modules end to end while collaborating with product, data, platform, and AI teams.
- Participate in code reviews, share technical knowledge, and help improve team capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong coding, debugging, testing, validation, and production troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-based microservices and working with APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/LLM workflows, prompt design, basic RAG patterns, and integrating AI services into applications.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, or similar development technologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices and microservice architecture.
- SAP BTP experience is preferred.
- E-invoicing experience is preferred, or the ability to quickly learn domain-specific formats.
- Experience building AI-powered developer or customer-facing tools and designing interaction layers that make AI outputs actionable for non-technical users is preferred.
