Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements while preserving compatibility and performance.
- Manage application releases and lifecycle processes and ensure system stability.
- Develop and support data integration, transformation, and pipeline solutions using cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
- Use APIs, scripting, automation, and low-code platforms to configure and deploy application solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to packaged or SaaS applications.
- Act as an SME, make team decisions, and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and pipeline development.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for application configuration and deployment.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues involving packaged or SaaS applications.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
