Responsibilities
- Architect scalable and standardized solutions aligned with customer business and technical requirements.
- Lead overall engagement architecture and coordinate the work of multiple architects.
- Guide solution evaluation, project vision, implementation approaches, and key project artifacts.
- Advise enterprise architects, business users, executives, account teams, engineering, and product management.
- Direct and mentor customers, partners, and colleagues in technical delivery and executive communication.
- Support project planning and implementation with project and engagement managers.
- Identify and lead internal innovation, knowledge-sharing, and team-development initiatives.
- Support pre-sales activities when required and participate in community volunteering activities.
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise architecture areas including cloud, integration technologies, and master data management.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Experience guiding customers and project members in deploying emerging technology for business use cases.
- Ability to work independently and in distributed teams while taking ownership of problems.
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and learning abilities.
- Ability to travel regionally and occasionally internationally based on customer needs.
- Ability and willingness to complete Salesforce certifications and continuously learn the Salesforce product suite.
- Prior Public Sector or Health industry experience is advantageous.
- Detailed understanding of web services, data modeling, cybersecurity requirements, enterprise application integration, integration design patterns, and enterprise systems.
- Experience with enterprise integration tools such as ESBs and ETL tools, and systems such as CMS, ERP, HRIS, and DWH/DM.
- Experience defining and delivering enterprise applications on the Salesforce Platform, including coded solutions.
- Salesforce Industries or Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Industry forum affiliation such as TM Forum, including SID or eTOM, is preferred.
- TOGAF, Industry Architecture, or Scaled Agile Framework certifications are preferred.
