Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, test, and certify applications.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for APIs, web applications, and Mac, iOS, and iPadOS applications.
- Perform feature testing, root-cause analysis, debugging, log scanning, and quality engineering activities.
- Test microservices, cloud-based applications, and application load, resiliency, and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and internal and external partner teams to improve customer experience.
- Leverage AI agents, MCP servers, and LLM-driven developer tools to accelerate test automation and engineering workflows.
- Build or integrate AI-related systems such as MCP servers, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered tools for engineering use cases.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
- At least 5 years of practical automation experience with Java, Swift, or another object-oriented language.
- Experience testing APIs or web services, web applications, or Mac, iOS, and iPadOS native applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Karate, RestAssured, Playwright or Selenium, and Appium or XCTest/XCUI or similar frameworks.
- Experience architecting, designing, and developing automation frameworks.
- Expertise with quality engineering processes, tools, and metrics.
- Experience with Maven or Gradle and Git repositories.
- Experience in an Agile development environment and with software build tools, CI/CD integrations, deployment processes, and code quality tools.
- Experience testing microservices and cloud-based applications.
- Experience with load, resiliency, and performance testing, preferably using JMeter, Gatling, or Locust.
- Preferred exposure to AI/ML application testing, security testing, and accessibility testing.
- Preferred experience with AWS or GCP and Docker or Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience building or using AI agents, MCP servers, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered tools and integrations.
