Base Salary
$144k - $234k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new capabilities for personalized Content Cards and in-product messaging experiences.
- Develop systems for message definition, composition, targeting, delivery semantics, analytics, and dashboard management.
- Improve platform reliability and performance as the Content Cards platform scales.
- Drive complex technical initiatives from ambiguity to delivery.
- Guide key architectural decisions and strengthen platform foundations.
- Provide technical leadership through thoughtful system design and clear communication.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience.
- Track record of driving complex projects from ambiguity to delivery as an experienced technical leader.
- Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with experience working in a team environment.
- Preferred experience building highly reliable customer-facing platforms at immense scale.
- Preferred professional experience with Ruby, Sidekiq, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
- Preferred experience with agile development processes.
