Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and test new features, including APIs for billing software and user interfaces for the customer portal.
  • Develop backend services, business logic, and integrations with commercial systems.
  • Build and maintain frontend applications using Vue.js.
  • Support the software development lifecycle from design through deployment.
  • Integrate third-party services and internal systems via APIs.
  • Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues while supporting system reliability and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation and use GitLab for version control, collaboration, and code reviews.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software development.
  • Good knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
  • Experience with at least one frontend framework, preferably Vue.js.
  • Understanding of API design and integration.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.
  • Interest in cloud technologies and modern software development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud environments such as GCP is a plus.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and knowledge of system integration and microservices architectures are preferred.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and continuous-improvement skills.
