Responsibilities
- Design and build complicated workflows.
- Understand user personas to deliver a slick experience.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Interface with stakeholders to create technology specifications.
- Prepare technical designs for various components within the module.
- Articulate the pros and cons of technology stacks to clients.
- Drive performance tuning and re-factoring for modules.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of build and release processes.
- Implement module components based on best practices.
- Mentor team members on technology concepts and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of work experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant fields.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript (ReactJS/Redux), React Native, HTML, CSS, and jQuery.
- Proficient in XML, JSON, DOM, and W3C standards.
- Strong sense of ownership and attitude for getting things done.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
- Excellent understanding of performance and optimization techniques.
- Experience working with Git.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.
