Base Salary
$90k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build customer-specific Alex workflows, including triggers, filters, interview guides, and ATS actions.
- Build, maintain, and own integrations with applicant tracking systems, assessment providers, identity verification systems, and other customer systems.
- Run technical onboarding, including connections, permissions, job imports, field mapping, test interviews, and go-live.
- Own production deployments, customer and candidate support, root-cause diagnosis, and proactive monitoring.
- Translate customer needs and deployment evidence into actionable input for the product engineering team.
- Read and write code and ship engineering changes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated engineering ability with hands-on coding and production delivery.
- Comfort investigating and integrating with third-party systems and incompletely documented APIs.
- Strong debugging instincts and an evidence-based approach to diagnosing problems.
- Ability to lead direct customer working sessions and communicate difficult information clearly.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Preferred experience in forward-deployed, implementation, solutions, or integrations engineering, especially with many third-party systems.
- Preferred experience building against complex enterprise APIs.
- Preferred fluency with observability tooling such as logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting.
