Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient full-stack platform components, services, and orchestration.
- Develop and support cloud-native workload credentials and secrets management capabilities within the BeyondTrust SaaS platform.
- Deliver web-based enterprise application experiences and develop API services, distributed systems, and scalable microservices.
- Lead system design and complex projects through requirements, implementation, testing, release, and production support.
- Review technical and functional requirements, identify gaps, propose improvements, and communicate decisions across teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor and guide engineers, and influence stakeholders on strategic decisions.
- Partner with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders to drive project outcomes and take end-to-end ownership.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including resilient architecture, testing, peer review, continuous integration, and product release practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise-ready cloud-based systems.
- 4+ years of professional production experience with Go.
- Strong understanding of modern design patterns and architectural trade-offs.
- Experience leading complex projects across design, implementation, testing, and production release.
- Experience mentoring and guiding multiple engineers and influencing technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in cloud and SaaS development, API services, distributed systems, and scalable microservices architectures.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and deep knowledge of Angular, React, or similar technologies.
- Experience with the full development lifecycle, continuous integration, and product release in an agile environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with security or secrets management solutions, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, production operations at scale, cloud infrastructure, Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, AI agents and harnesses, or open-source projects.
