Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding from contract to production deployment.
- Run demos and build proofs of concept to close deals.
- Drive account expansion by identifying new usage opportunities.
- Lead business reviews and customer calls as the technical face of Firecrawl.
- Build custom integrations and technical validations for prospects.
- Provide product intelligence based on customer interactions.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical skills to build POCs and debug integrations.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
- Growth-minded with a focus on account expansion.
- Ability to quickly ramp on complex products and technologies.
