Responsibilities
- Work within customer environments to understand their products and make Firecrawl work for their specific use cases.
- Build integrations and proofs of concept using real customer data and help move them into production.
- Run technical discovery to diagnose extraction and pipeline failures and distinguish usage issues, bugs, and product gaps.
- Partner with the revenue team to turn technical wins into adoption and account expansion while supporting team targets.
- Serve as the trusted technical voice for customer accounts and relay field learnings to product and engineering.
- Determine when to solve customer problems independently and when to involve engineering.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent.
- Experience in forward-deployed, solutions, or customer-facing engineering, ideally with a developer, API, or AI-infrastructure product.
- Ability to read code, use an API, and build a functional POC or integration independently.
- Experience owning the customer lifecycle from demo through POC and production deployment.
- Ability to distinguish user error, bugs, and genuine product gaps before building custom solutions.
- Ability to communicate complex technical details in terms of business value.
- Backgrounds such as solutions engineering at API or developer-tools companies, customer-facing startup engineering, hands-on technical account management, or founding and delivering a product are relevant.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not currently available.
