Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph and related orchestration frameworks.
- Architect agent workflows involving planning, tool use, persistent state, memory, reflection, and multi-agent coordination.
- Develop RAG pipelines with document processing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and vector database integration.
- Integrate and optimize LLM and SLM services using prompt engineering, model selection, guardrails, safety mechanisms, and content filtering.
- Build scalable Python backend services with FastAPI, caching, rate limiting, persistent state, conversation memory, APIs, and real-time streaming.
- Develop event-driven microservices and distributed task processing using Dapr, Celery, SSE, and KEDA.
- Create evaluation, testing, and observability frameworks for production AI agents.
- Lead AI proof-of-concepts through production, mentor engineers, document architectures, and promote AI-powered development tools.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience building production AI applications.
- Production experience with LangGraph or similar agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs from OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic and applying prompt engineering techniques.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG systems, embedding models, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
- Understanding of multi-agent system design, orchestration, persistent state management, memory patterns, and agent evaluation.
- Experience with FastAPI, Celery, event-driven microservices, Dapr, and real-time streaming patterns such as SSE.
- Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as Cursor AI and GitHub Copilot, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or PgVector is preferred.
- Experience with Databricks Genie, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, multi-tenant architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and KEDA is preferred.
- Understanding of AI safety, responsible AI, enterprise governance, and Agile principles is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience with significant hands-on AI/ML work in enterprise environments.
