Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to define business challenges and design AI-first solutions.
- Lead the development of personalized content and recommendation systems using generative and traditional machine learning.
- Drive end-to-end software development, including building ML services and deploying production-ready AI solutions.
- Conduct literature reviews and explore novel paradigms in recommendation systems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster technical growth.
Requirements
- Expertise in Generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
- Strong background in traditional machine learning and deep learning with hands-on experience in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Professional software development skills, including building data pipelines and managing CI/CD workflows.
- Product-focused mindset with a proven ability to define and solve complex business problems.
