Responsibilities
- Build and ship experiments across the member journey, including sign-up flows, paid advertising campaigns, and referral experiences.
- Own products and systems supporting acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Build growth infrastructure and the data pipeline supporting fast, trustworthy experimentation.
- Analyze experiment results and determine what to test next.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities and make product decisions that improve conversion without sacrificing clarity, trust, or brand quality.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience building production software in product or full-stack engineering roles.
- Strong frontend and full-stack engineering skills across modern web applications, APIs, data models, and stateful user experiences.
- Strong product judgment and a track record of turning ambiguous ideas into useful shipped products.
- Experience working in 0-to-1 or fast-moving environments with evolving user needs, product definitions, and success metrics.
- Experience using product analytics, experimentation, and data to guide decisions.
- Ability to work with intensity and urgency and maintain a high standard for output.
