Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture and end-to-end presales for strategic application management and multi-tower outsourcing pursuits.
- Translate client objectives and RFP requirements into differentiated solution concepts and value propositions.
- Design governance structures, delivery models, staffing, locations, service levels, enabling tools, transformation approaches, and commercial models.
- Lead cross-functional teams, proposal defenses, down-selection activities, and BAFO or contract negotiation support.
- Develop technology transformation roadmaps covering vendor consolidation, cost optimization, delivery model transformation, and packaged solutions.
- Provide domain knowledge, thought leadership, mentoring, and competency-building support to the team.
- Maintain stated pursuit conversion and utilization targets and travel at short notice as needed.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in AMS/ADM with a strong project track record.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Extensive presales experience responding to RFPs and RFIs, preferably in application management outsourcing and new-logo pursuits.
- Experience with MNCs or tier-one IPPs and a strong understanding of large transformation engagements, competitive bidding, estimation, pricing, and commercial models.
- Experience across the solutioning, transition, steady-state, and optimization lifecycle.
- Technology breadth and awareness of industry trends across SAP, custom applications, digital, and GenAI.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated thought leadership in external forums and willingness to travel extensively and at short notice.
- SAP experience is advantageous.
- ITILv3, PMP, or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
- Experience with DevOps and SAFe Agile is advantageous.
