Responsibilities

  • Lead GenAI, agentic AI, and AI-SDLC transformation initiatives across engineering teams.
  • Design and implement RAG pipelines, vector database solutions, embeddings, and AI-powered engineering solutions.
  • Drive adoption of spec-driven development and AI-assisted software delivery practices.
  • Integrate AI capabilities with GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, SonarQube, and developer toolchains.
  • Define transformation roadmaps and engage stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
  • Lead large-scale engineering transformations involving 300 or more engineers.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience working as a senior software engineer.
  • At least 2 years of experience with GenAI and related skills.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in GenAI, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic AI, and AI development tools.
  • Experience with Copilot, Claude, AI agents, and AI-driven software engineering practices.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale engineering transformations involving 300 or more engineers.
  • Background in Java or .NET, cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP, DevOps, and SRE.
  • Strong leadership, consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
