$143k - $191k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and deploy real-time, map-based user interfaces for military robotics.
Define and implement APIs for network communications and real-time telemetry.
Help define foundational software architectures and user experience workflows.
Work with Android frontend technologies and high-performance backend languages.
Engage with the Android Tactical Assault Kit (ATAK) SDK and developer community.
Test and evaluate software using simulations and live flight assets.

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in developing user interface applications.
Proficiency in modern Android programming languages including Jetpack Compose, Java, and Kotlin.
Experience with backend programming languages such as C++, Rust, or Golang.
Familiarity with client/server networking technologies.
Ability to empathize with users and balance user experience with engineering constraints.
Willingness to provide on-call support and travel up to 30% of the time.
Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
