Base Salary
$146k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Participate in architectural discussions and execute priority features with the program and product area.
- Research potential solutions and architect, design, and demonstrate focused proof-of-concept capabilities.
- Develop robust, high-quality software in response to user requirements and delivery timelines.
- Build and integrate automated testing into the product codebase.
- Develop APIs and SDKs and collaborate with software integrators to debug and resolve integration challenges.
- Groom the feature backlog and execute work in a sprint-driven cadence.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance; only US Citizens are eligible for security clearances.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or four years of hands-on experience in a software engineering or similar full-time position.
- Proficiency developing with Go and Python.
- Experience contributing to or leading the design of new capabilities.
- Experience with agentic development and applying LLMs, embeddings, and smaller trained models to analytics, including rigorous evaluation of accuracy, uncertainty, and limitations.
- Experience in API and SDK development, software integration troubleshooting, and version control repositories such as GitLab.
- Preferred experience with Docker or Podman, GitLab CI pipelines, gRPC, Protobuf, SQLite, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.
- Additional desired qualifications include familiarity with the Cyber Operations domain and Scaled Agile Framework.
- Ability to collaborate effectively while executing independently in an adaptable, high-trust team environment.

- Salary range is $145,900-$248,000 in base pay, with the final offer varying based on location, contract requirements, experience, skills, education, certifications, and responsibilities.
