Responsibilities
- Design and build multi-agent AI systems for planning, reasoning, collaboration, and task execution.
- Develop LLM applications, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, tool-integrated agents, AI copilots, and autonomous assistants.
- Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, prompt chaining, caching, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration protocols.
- Deploy scalable AI solutions using MLOps and LLMOps practices, including monitoring, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Ensure AI safety, governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Translate enterprise business workflows into production agent pipelines and balance latency, cost, and accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in generative AI; the stated AI/ML experience range is 3–8 years.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong Python development skills and experience building multi-agent orchestration systems.
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI frameworks, agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and API-driven AI agents.
- Knowledge of agent planning algorithms, LLM evaluation frameworks, graph-based reasoning, knowledge graphs, prompt optimization, tool augmentation, context management, and token optimization.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI preferred, with AWS or GCP also acceptable.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building autonomous systems or copilots in enterprise environments; industrial, energy, or IoT domain experience is relevant.
