Responsibilities
- Complete guided configuration, development, testing, documentation, clean-up, and support tasks across the solution portfolio.
- Build simple Power Apps, basic Power Automate flows, Dataverse updates, and basic Power Pages content and configuration updates.
- Prepare data, create basic Power BI reports and visualisations, and publish them through approved processes.
- Perform functional and regression testing, bug fixing, defect capture, evidence recording, and handover activities.
- Provide rotating L1 production support by triaging queries, access issues, permission issues, known errors, and failures.
- Own assigned support instances through resolution, escalation, reassignment by exception, or closure.
- Gather reproducible evidence, attempt initial resolution within authorised guidance, maintain ticket updates, and prepare escalations.
- Build technical breadth through coached delivery, structured learning, feedback, lessons learned, checklists, and reusable components.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience, with graduates welcome and academic, personal, or workplace Power Platform projects accepted as evidence of capability.
- Relevant degree, diploma, technology learnership, or equivalent practical learning and project experience.
- Basic Power Apps and Power Automate capability demonstrated through academic, personal, or workplace projects.
- Ability to follow standards, patterns, instructions, naming conventions, and configuration guidance precisely.
- Strong attention to detail in testing, evidence gathering, documentation, and fixes.
- Disciplined troubleshooting, clear escalation communication, user-support orientation, accountability, and willingness to learn across the solution portfolio.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals or Power BI certification, or active progress toward certification.
- Preferred experience includes examples of basic apps, flows, Power Pages updates, Dataverse configuration, or Power BI reports, plus exposure to structured testing, service support, ticket management, Dataverse, SharePoint, Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder.
