Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer implementations from problem discovery through execution and delivery
- Collaborate with customers, accountants, and engineers to identify unknowns, scope platform gaps, and manage implementation projects
- Build customer-facing reconciliations and extend the core platform
- Iterate quickly on internal tooling that scales accounting operations
- Build AI systems and workflows that are verifiable, correct, and useful in practice
- Understand accounting invariants and design tools that enable AI verification
- Apply, stress-test, and evolve core primitives, object-level data models, and domain interfaces for real business structures
- Own improvements used daily by internal teams and customers
Requirements
- At least two years of software engineering experience
- Strong technical fundamentals across modern backend and frontend systems
- Strong project management and organizational skills for owning customer-facing projects end-to-end
- Ability to learn accounting concepts quickly, including accounting invariants
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with customers and accountants
- Interest in working in person with a collaborative team in San Francisco
