Base Salary
$180k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer implementations end-to-end.
- Collaborate with customers and accountants to identify and address implementation challenges.
- Build customer-facing reconciliations and extend the core platform.
- Iterate on internal tooling to scale accounting operations.
- Explore AI tools to enhance product design and implementation.
- Model business operations in software and evolve accounting abstractions.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong technical fundamentals in modern backend and frontend systems.
- Excellent project management skills for end-to-end customer-facing projects.
- Ability to quickly learn accounting concepts and their invariants.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
