Responsibilities
- Contribute to infrastructure automation and cloud operations.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
- Track incidents and support early detection of operational issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support service uptime and scalability.
Requirements
- Foundational understanding of DevOps principles, cloud platforms, and how cloud services are built, deployed, and operated.
- Hands-on exposure to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
- Basic experience using AI tools for productivity, troubleshooting, and automation, with awareness of AI output quality and context engineering.
- Familiarity with cloud architecture, platform systems, identity and access management, databases, observability, and monitoring concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with scripting or programming.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, proactive engagement, and ownership of assigned tasks.
