Base Salary
$77k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, test, and regularly improve technical software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and production issues.
- Analyze systems and recommend operational, policy, and procedural improvements.
- Prepare and install solutions by defining system specifications, standards, and programming requirements.
- Follow the software development lifecycle and support platform operations.
- Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks in accordance with applicable risk and compliance policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant education and/or experience.
- At least two years of software development or systems engineering experience in a relevant discipline or technology.
- At least one year of experience delivering technology solutions across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with one or more of Go, Python, Bash, JavaScript, Java, or an equivalent scripting or programming language.
- Experience troubleshooting applications and system production issues.
- Ability to understand business context and communicate technical challenges and solutions to peers and stakeholders.
- Understanding of cloud, container, and platform technologies and tools.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to write, test, and troubleshoot code.
- Preferred experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift, infrastructure automation, CI/CD or GitOps workflows, observability tooling, container networking, certificate lifecycle management, PKI, secrets management, and AIOps or AI-assisted operational workflows.
- Red Hat OpenShift or Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification is preferred.
