Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain secure, high-performance web applications.
- Design and architect future platform releases and identify and resolve issues in .NET applications.
- Collaborate with teams and partners on different aspects of platform creation.
- Provide support to users and internal teams for .NET-based applications.
- Plan major and minor solution releases and ensure robust configuration management.
- Perform code reviews and refactoring using industry best practices.
- Integrate applications with single sign-on services and maintain source-control repositories.
- Work with the Engineering Manager on product lifecycle management and follow required quality controls and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of experience developing software applications.
- Experience developing secure, high-performance web applications and knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft .NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, Angular 2/4/5, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, design patterns, n-tier application architecture, SQL Server 2012 or later, and LINQ.
- Experience with code review and code refactoring using industry best practices.
- Basic knowledge of integrating applications with Active Directory, LDAP, or other single sign-on services.
- Knowledge of TFS, Visual SourceSafe, or similar source-control repositories.
- Experience with SharePoint is preferred.
