Base Salary
$168k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship real-time behavior and motion planning features for complex driving scenarios.
- Lead root-cause analysis to eliminate planner-related disengagements and failures.
- Build scalable evaluation, simulation, and validation frameworks for safe rollout.
- Collaborate with perception, prediction, controls, and platform teams for autonomy improvements.
- Contribute to architecture decisions for planner robustness and efficiency.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in CS, EE, Robotics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong C++ software engineering experience in building production-quality systems.
- Experience in developing or deploying motion planning or real-time decision-making systems.
- Comfortable with data-driven evaluation and performance metrics.
