Responsibilities
- Provide customer-facing pre-sales consulting and technical solution support.
- Use storytelling and technical skills to address customer needs and present Braze capabilities.
- Apply knowledge of B2C engagement marketing, mobile marketing automation, email, SMS, APIs, analytics, and architecture design.
- Collaborate with teammates and departments to solve customer challenges.
- Travel to client locations, up to 40% during peak periods.
Requirements
- Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated pre-sales consulting or sales engineering team is required.
- Domain knowledge in at least three of SaaS, mobile, APIs, marketing automation, direct marketing, marketing analytics, or programming is required.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills and strong follow-up skills.
- Strong teamwork, intellectual curiosity, and ability to understand customer problems.
- Relevant background may include pre-sales engineering, solution engineering, technical solutions consulting, solution architecture, customer success management, or software engineering.
