Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain new and existing applications, websites, web applications, and infrastructure.
- Perform hands-on coding and assist with architecting web content solutions.
- Support software development lifecycle phases from concept and design through testing.
- Troubleshoot and maintain mid-level to complex applications.
- Provide technical guidance to junior programmers and other software engineers.
- Collaborate with internal customers, research groups, business support areas, and technical meetings.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software development experience building and maintaining production systems.
- Proficiency in .NET with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and testing frameworks including XUnit, NUnit, and Moq.
- Knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, and multi-tier architecture.
- Strong interest in AI tools and approaches including OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG with vector databases.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, ownership, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
