Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to understand business needs and refine project objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across projects.
- Provide technical solutions for immediate and cross-functional team problems.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development.
- Troubleshoot applications and continuously improve performance and user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with application design and architecture.
- Understanding of software development methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug applications effectively.
