Base Salary
$216k - $372k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with field teams and customers to explain Databricks platform security, architectures, and compliance considerations.
- Answer customer security review questions and address concerns across multiple security domains.
- Create scalable customer-facing content including slide decks and white papers.
- Train and enable Databricks team members through internal content, knowledge management, and systems.
- Identify customer pain points and collaborate with product management and product marketing to improve the product and its messaging.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and internal-facing services that support field staff and customers.
- Provide technical leadership across customer interactions, enablement, collateral, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of technical pre-sales or post-sales experience explaining complex technical concepts to customers or field teams.
- Experience across multiple security domains such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, network and endpoint security, web applications, vulnerability management, identity management, and SIEM.
- Strong understanding of complex security principles and architectures, with the ability to communicate them simply.
- Some scripting or programming experience and enthusiasm for using AI productivity tools.
- Understanding of the Databricks platform is a strong plus.
