Responsibilities
- Assist with engineering design, development, testing, and validation activities.
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of technical issues.
- Collect, analyze, and document test and performance data.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, drawings, and presentations.
- Participate in design reviews, project meetings, and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and project teams.
- Follow applicable safety, quality, cybersecurity, and engineering standards.
- Contribute ideas to improve product reliability, performance, and efficiency.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, computer, energy, or a related engineering discipline.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and problem-solving methods.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Preferred exposure to renewable energy, battery energy storage systems, power systems, embedded systems, automation, or software development.
- Preferred knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, Python, C/C++, CAD, Git, or testing and simulation platforms.
- Understanding of engineering documentation and version-control practices is preferred.
