Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the desktop application with minimal resource usage.
- Monitor and analyze runtime performance to implement optimizations.
- Advocate for and evolve the frontend architecture for scalability.
- Define and enforce best practices in code quality.
- Develop robust error-handling and recovery mechanisms.
- Collaborate with backend, QA, and infrastructure teams on interfaces and API contracts.
- Maintain tooling for app health and user flow visibility.
- Mentor other frontend engineers on performance and architecture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional Frontend web development experience.
- Deep understanding of browser JavaScript and platform APIs.
- Passionate about AI and its impact on productivity.
- Ability to produce high-quality, attention-worthy work.
- Effective asynchronous communicator across various mediums.
- Demonstrated ownership of project outcomes.
- Bias towards action and rapid decision-making.
