Base Salary
$105k - $124k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, customize, test, implement, and support ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Develop ServiceNow Customer Service Management and IT Service Management solutions for onboarding, service operations, and customer issue management.
- Build workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor, including automation of manual processes.
- Develop and maintain REST API and Scripted REST API integrations with core business and source-of-truth platforms.
- Create customer-facing Service Portal experiences, including portals, pages, widgets, and custom logic.
- Develop JavaScript customizations and ServiceNow components such as Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, UI Pages, UI Macros, and CMS functionality.
- Configure and support Advanced Work Assignment, Agent Chat, and Configurable Workspace capabilities.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, QA engineers, and operations teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in Scrum delivery activities, including sprint planning, refinement, standups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to quality engineering, troubleshooting, deployment, and post-production support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three to five years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across design, configuration, customization, testing, implementation, and support.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management and IT Service Management modules.
- Experience across requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Experience developing integrations with REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and other ServiceNow integration capabilities.
- Strong JavaScript scripting experience, including client-side and server-side scripting on ServiceNow.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Advanced Work Assignment, Service Portal, Agent Chat, and Configurable Workspace.
- Front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, AngularJS, or similar technologies.
- Preferred experience with fleet, transportation, fuel card, payments, commercial spend management, call center operations, customer-facing portals, enterprise source-of-truth integrations, financial or fleet services, and ServiceNow Now Assist.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, ownership, and delivery skills.
