Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements interviews and workshops and document future-state supply chain processes.
- Identify, document, collect, and analyze data requirements from ERP systems, PLM systems, databases, spreadsheets, emails, and other sources.
- Support project and client management teams with capability listings, effort estimates, project scope, timelines, and customer sign-offs.
- Lead technical design documentation and translate business requirements into platform designs.
- Oversee solution architects and consultants developing functional and technical designs, data requirements, and complex datasets.
- Oversee o9 platform configuration, performance monitoring, testing protocols, analytics, modeling, data integration, and ETL activities.
- Select and apply mathematical models, forecasting methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations to enterprise data.
- Coordinate with R&D teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes in customer environments.
- Work with cross-functional client, IT, and business stakeholders through planning and project execution.
- Deliver super-user and end-user training to global users and mentor solution architects, analysts, technical architects, and business analysts.
Requirements
- Experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics organizations.
- Experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design and development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization.
- Experience with planning systems, ERP tools, large-scale enterprise implementations, and agile delivery.
- Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience or bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related operations or analytics field.
- Supply planning experience and experience working with or implementing one or more supply planning products.
- Required proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Microsoft PowerPoint, databases, SQL Server or MySQL, and SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar languages.
- Required coursework and strong background in mathematics and statistics, along with strong verbal, written, presentation, demonstration, and training skills.
- Preferred experience with data mining, processing large amounts of data, communicating technical concepts to nontechnical audiences, and identifying high-value opportunities or risks.
- Ability to work with distributed teams and stakeholders at executive and junior levels.
