Responsibilities
- Define and own software development plans and roadmaps for multiple hybrid bonding products.
- Lead end-to-end software development, architecture decisions, release execution, and software baseline management.
- Plan and execute multiple software baselines to support on-time delivery across complex development cycles.
- Collaborate with software quality, process engineering, hardware engineering, and system integration teams.
- Align with global software engineering leaders on strategy, best practices, and technology direction.
- Build, mentor, and grow software engineering teams while fostering technical excellence and ownership.
- Promote disciplined build management and Git version-control practices.
- Manage priorities, projects, schedules, activities, and resources while improving internal customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and software baseline management.
- Hands-on expertise in C++.
- Experience with customer-oriented software baseline management and release planning.
- Experience driving software architecture aligned with long-term business needs.
- Exposure to advanced packaging process flows such as CoWoS, SoIC, or InFO.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, build management tools, and Git version control.
- Experience managing projects, schedules, activities, and resources effectively.
- Preferred experience in the semiconductor process equipment industry and customer-driven, rapidly evolving environments.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, prioritize competing technical demands, and deliver against demanding timelines.
