Responsibilities

Own and drive development of core platform services and APIs that enable applications and integrations.
Design, develop, and deploy highly available, reliable, low-latency, and high-performance services.
Work across high-level architecture design and efficient implementation.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through third-line support.
Improve system performance, reliability, and security.
Integrate AI/ML capabilities into products and workflows.
Collaborate across teams and contribute to platform modernization.

Experience building and maintaining scalable, complex backend systems and understanding service-oriented and distributed architectures.
Strong experience designing and maintaining APIs and SQL databases in varied environments.
Fluency in multiple programming languages, primarily Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Python.
Experience with on-premises and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Experience with AI development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
Exposure to AI engineering workflows including agents, automation, and tool integrations.
Ability to work from high-level architecture through efficient code implementation.
Kubernetes and DevOps familiarity is meritorious but not critical.
Relevant education or equivalent experience.
Fluent written and spoken English; Swedish is a plus.
