Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver high-quality solutions to complex infrastructure and platform problems.
- Improve the availability, resilience, usability, security, and technical innovation of the Quantexa Cloud Platform.
- Reduce operational toil across cloud infrastructure estates.
- Work with software engineering teams to support software release activities using DevOps techniques.
- Develop and support cloud-based product offerings used by customers in their own cloud DevOps processes.
- Manage infrastructure, automation, monitoring, logging, and microservice-based architectures.
- Contribute to infrastructure provisioning and general Linux administration.
Requirements
- In-depth experience with several components of the stated technology stack.
- Experience with programming, scripting, or automation.
- Experience with infrastructure management and general Linux administration.
- A good appreciation for information security principles.
- Ability to design well-engineered solutions and consider their wider system impact.
- Experience managing microservice architectures, including scaling, upgrading, traffic management, and deployment strategies, is beneficial.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers is beneficial.
- Experience with software build and release engineering is beneficial.
