Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and evolve scalable, secure, high-performing cloud-native infrastructure using infrastructure as code, scripting, and policy-driven automation.
- Build and support container-based platforms and orchestration capabilities across healthcare technology environments.
- Improve platform reliability through observability, proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and rapid resolution of infrastructure and integration issues.
- Apply security-by-design practices across cloud and enterprise infrastructure.
- Support enterprise infrastructure platforms, operational tooling, cloud services, platform administration, system integrations, job scheduling, and service reliability activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams and use AI-assisted engineering tools where appropriate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least three years of experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar infrastructure operations or DevOps role, or a high school diploma/GED and at least five years of such experience.
- At least three years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms, operational tooling, or cloud services in production.
- At least three years of experience with platform administration, operational support, system integrations, job scheduling, or service reliability activities in enterprise environments.
- At least two years of automation experience using technologies such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
- At least one year of experience troubleshooting infrastructure integrations, APIs, backup agents, and connectivity issues across cloud and enterprise platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and monitoring or logging tools for infrastructure and platform operations.
- Preferred experience includes NetApp storage, SnapCenter plug-ins, data protection, backup governance, disaster recovery, retention policies, operational resilience, security and access-control tooling, and AWS, GCP, or Azure multi-cloud environments.
