Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning and continuous system improvement.
- Assist with developing and implementing application support processes to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and independently develop subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Development Services is additionally stated.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services and a strong understanding of cloud architecture and services are required.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning is required.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies is required.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues is required.
- Strong understanding of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
