Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate business objectives into technical implementation plans.
- Unblock customer setup and architectural challenges through deployable workflows, integrations, scripts, and pragmatic workarounds.
- Build reusable technical guides, templates, automation tools, and reference implementations.
- Identify recurring customer issues and create scalable solutions that accelerate value for future customers.
- Document product gaps and customer challenges to inform product roadmap discussions.
- Engage with developers and enterprise architects across customer technology stacks.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Experience with JavaScript and related technologies such as Node.js or TypeScript, or equivalent experience with other modern scripting languages.
- Deep understanding of APIs, developer workflows, and modern DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to scope ambiguous problems and quickly deliver working solutions.
- Experience building scalable technical collateral, scripts, templates, or automation tools.
- Comfort working with individual developers and enterprise architects.
- Familiarity with Postman and broader developer toolchains including GitHub, AWS, and Azure.
- Evidence of hands-on technical work through a portfolio of built solutions.

- Base salary ranges from $150,000.00 to $200,000.00, plus a competitive equity package.

- In-person work is required five days per week at hubs in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, New York City, Tokyo, and London; Bangalore is currently three days per week and is expected to transition to five days by year-end.
