Base Salary
$185k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as an independent contributor to solve problems and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to clarify product requirements.
- Design and architect new features in partnership with engineering and product teams.
- Validate customer needs and ship rapid MVPs with an experimentation mindset.
- Ensure quality is a critical pillar of software deliverables.
- Deploy new product experiments using a data-driven approach.
- Write performant, reliable, scalable, and secure code.
- Monitor and resolve production issues for team-owned services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/training.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (or similar languages/frameworks).
- Experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- A strong sense of ownership from feature design through production release.
- Desire to collaborate with external stakeholders.
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, improve, innovate, and have fun.
