- Liderar o desenho e a evolução de APIs e serviços backend em Go para cobertura fiscal.
- Conduzir o ciclo completo de entregas complexas como referência técnica do squad.
- Projetar arquiteturas distribuídas e orientadas a eventos para garantir resiliência e alta performance.
- Liderar a gestão de dados e integrações em bancos relacionais e não relacionais.
- Garantir a qualidade, segurança e observabilidade dos sistemas, impulsionando o uso de IA generativa.
- Orientar e mentorar o desenvolvimento de código sustentável e escalável.
Requirements
- Experiência sólida com Go no desenvolvimento de serviços backend e APIs.
- Conhecimento avançado de comunicação síncrona e assíncrona aplicada a sistemas distribuídos.
- Experiência com SQL, bancos de dados relacionais e ferramentas de observabilidade.
- Domínio de Git, fluxo de code review e pipelines de CI/CD.
- Capacidade técnica e de mentoria para desenvolver código sustentável e escalável.
