Responsibilities
- Industrialize and automate application deployments using CI/CD practices and Infrastructure as Code.
- Administer, maintain, and evolve cloud environments and production platforms.
- Strengthen platform observability, supervision, monitoring, reliability, and performance.
- Implement and manage security mechanisms, IAM, RBAC, roles, and authorizations.
- Optimize infrastructure performance and costs.
- Define and maintain rollback and business-continuity or recovery procedures.
- Participate in production-environment support and operations.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineer, or Site Reliability Engineer role.
- Significant experience operating and automating cloud environments and working with critical production environments.
- Strong experience with a public cloud, ideally Google Cloud Platform; AWS or Azure are accepted.
- Expertise with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong command of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Good knowledge of security, monitoring, supervision, and operations.
- Knowledge of SQL and data environments is appreciated.
- Professional written and spoken English, autonomy, analytical ability, service orientation, and strong documentation skills.
