Product Engineering Lead

Responsibilities
- Own large areas of the product and codebase with a focus on full-stack, product-focused engineering
- Lead effective end-to-end solutions and technical decisions across frontend and backend systems
- Help develop engineering team processes and culture
- Assess the feasibility of new initiatives and identify the resources needed for successful delivery
- Help grow the engineering team by attracting and hiring teammates
Requirements
- Experience building products from the ground up at early-stage startups or through greenfield projects
- Ability to lead and serve as a technical expert across a wide range of product and technical areas
- Ability to understand technical challenges end-to-end and drive solutions to completion
- Strong ownership, initiative, and business-context awareness
- Ability to assess initiative feasibility, identify required resources, and help attract and hire strong teammates
- Experience in high-security industries such as finance or healthcare is a plus
- Experience with health data or the health industry is a plus
- Experience with AWS infrastructure is a plus
