Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Design and support Workday integrations using relevant integration patterns and middleware technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Apply data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within integration workflows.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication on project objectives and deliverables.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations is required.
- Experience with integration design patterns and Workday-related middleware technologies.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application configuration and customization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements in software integration.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
