Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate enterprise AI agent opportunities that improve business processes and user experiences.
- Perform cost-benefit analyses and value assessments to prioritize AI agent initiatives.
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using enterprise AI and data platforms.
- Develop adoption strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models for implementation.
- Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data engineering, software engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Entering the junior or senior year at the start of the upcoming academic term.
- Understanding of AI agent architectures and generative AI concepts.
- Experience with data engineering principles and large datasets.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data technologies such as AWS and Snowflake, as well as AI development frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with an interest in innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 and ability to provide an official or unofficial transcript.
- Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.
