Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, implementation, and delivery.
- Establish development standards and best practices for software quality and efficiency.
- Manage code quality, scalability, performance optimization, and enterprise integration considerations.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate communication and execution among cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience with the SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with code quality, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make decisions aligned with business objectives.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data governance in enterprise environments.
- Workday Core HCM experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Core HRIS processes, HR operations, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel, D Learn/SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and QTest.
- Strong customer orientation, attention to detail, confidentiality, resilience, organization, prioritization, teamwork, and multicultural awareness.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills and willingness to work in shifts.
