Responsibilities

  • Develop, integrate, and test radio software for new and existing remote radio platforms across embedded and application layers.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable production code in C, C++, and Java.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues spanning software and hardware in collaboration with peers and stakeholders.
  • Apply AI/ML techniques and automation tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch to improve development, testing, diagnostics, and system performance.
  • Participate in system integration and end-to-end validation for radio product stability, reliability, and energy performance.
  • Improve software architecture, code quality, implementation practices, and engineering workflows.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in radio software design and/or testing, preferably in telecommunications or related domains.
  • Strong C, C++, and Java programming skills with experience delivering production-grade software.
  • Experience with embedded software and/or application-level software development for complex systems.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts such as CNNs, DNNs, and reinforcement learning.
  • Practical or theoretical AI/ML knowledge and exposure to TensorFlow or PyTorch are preferred.
  • Fluent English, strong communication skills, and the ability to work proactively and accountably in cross-functional environments.
  • Willingness to learn radio product development, system integration, stakeholder management, and practical AI tool usage.
