Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend software for products and solutions.
- Act as the first R&D point of contact for product-related issues and maintenance.
- Identify, validate, and implement innovative solutions to technical problems.
- Document findings, designs, and software so others can maintain and improve the work.
- Contribute to intellectual property generation and project IP strategy.
- Influence software architecture, technical direction, continuous improvement, and scalable solution design.
- Collaborate with international teams and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
- Highly proficient in .NET Core, .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, React or Angular, and HTML/CSS.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, Azure DevOps, and full-stack software development.
- Experience using Visual Studio, Git, SQL Server, and Azure Cloud Services.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system integration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
- Czech and English communication skills at B2 level or higher.
- Ability to apply clean code principles, software architecture practices, and modern development methodologies.
