Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements reviews, story elaborations, and testing activities to deliver high-quality products.
- Document test plans and acceptance criteria using Rally or similar lifecycle management tools.
- Develop test scripts and perform automated and manual exploratory testing.
- Use testing tools and frameworks to create durable tests and reduce application fragility.
- Report and appropriately escalate defects.
- Drive testing best practices within the Push Payments team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise with Selenium and a BDD framework such as Cucumber, Jasmine, or JBehave.
- Intermediate knowledge of REST API testing and an API automation framework such as RestAssured, Spock, or Karate.
- Intermediate knowledge of StormRunner or other performance-testing tools.
- Intermediate knowledge of Java, Groovy, Node.js, and ReadyAPI.
- Advanced experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with software development methodologies, particularly Agile/Scrum.
