Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy integrations and AI agents to automate complex workflows.
Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sales, Engineering, and IT to identify automation opportunities.
Integrate and optimize enterprise systems using APIs and MCP servers on platforms like Workato.
Ensure reliability and performance through rigorous testing and debugging, while upholding data privacy standards.
Continuously enhance and maintain integrations and agents, staying updated on advancements in LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
Document architectures, workflows, and communication models for transparency and reusability.

5+ years of experience in Enterprise Automation/iPaaS with expertise in Workato.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Ruby, Python, or JavaScript for automation and data transformations.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and APIs, with a focus on designing AI for enterprise tools.
Strong understanding of API design, RESTful services, and SaaS integrations.
Experience with APIs from major enterprise systems such as Jira, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
Knowledge of data privacy principles when handling sensitive business data.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication for effective collaboration.
